Custom Pool Builder in Mount Vernon, TX

Custom gunite pool builder serving Mount Vernon, Texas

Mount Vernon and Franklin County are lake country, with homes around Lake Cypress Springs and Lake Bob Sandlin alongside properties in and around town. Whether you live on the water or on a few wooded acres, we design the pool to fit the property you have.

Dustan Bell has 22+ years of East Texas pool experience and runs every build in-house: design, excavation, gunite shell, tile, finish, decking, and equipment. From the first conversation to the first swim, you work directly with the owner.

Why Mount Vernon homeowners choose gunite

Many Franklin County lots are wooded, sloped toward the lakes, or both. A custom gunite pool is formed and reinforced on site, so it can follow the grade, work around mature trees, and handle the region's clay soils better than a one-size-fits-all shell. We also plan decking and drainage so runoff moves away from the pool and the home.

Designing for Mount Vernon backyards

Lake Cypress Springs homeowners often want the backyard to feel like an extension of the lake — natural stone, water features, an attached spa, and decking that steps down toward the view. We design those elements together from the start.

• Pool remodeling & resurfacing — new plaster, tile, coping, and equipment
